The following represents what might be considered as a ‘typical’ wedding.
We do at least one pre-wedding photo session - preferably at the venue(s) to be used. This helps to build a relationship, enables us to learn about any likes and dislikes and helps the couple become comfortable in front of the cameras.
If there is one, we will attend and photograph the rehearsal.
On the day itself, it depends on what has been planned, but typically we would start with the bride getting ready and stay until the bride and groom leave - provided it is not in the small hours of the following day!
Sometimes we do a post-wedding shoot too.
Normally we design and produce two books, usually both 30cm square. One tells the story of the day and would usually be between 100 and 150 pages. The other is a more personal book of pictures of the bride and groom and would usually have 30 plus pages. The number of pages grows to suit the pictures rather than being fixed in advance.
We provide a DVD of all the photos used in the books - that could be about 400 - and the files for each page in the books. The latter give the couple what is needed to make additional books for themselves.
If this approach sounds of interest to you, then please contact us to arrange a chat, for us to explain the above in more detail, to show samples of books and to talk through some of the options available.
